While nominations for awards are welcome from the Society's membership as well as from the community at large, please note that some awards are restricted to Society membership. Each nomination should include an official nomination form, and many awards require the submittal of additional materials. These requirements are included in the award descriptions. There are also nomination worksheets available to assist you in preparing a nomination.

In preparing the submittal, please bear in mind that the nomination should be based on the stated criteria established for the award.

Nominations should reach the Awards Program office by the deadline stated for each award.
