Graham, Jr., P.E. is recognized for his eminent career of completing large public construction projects, such as Pittsburgh International Airport, Midfield Terminal Complex, and the replacement or rehabilitation of more than a hundred bridges, and for starting more than $10 billion of highway work for the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission and as a role model and mentor to young engineers.
