Owner/Engineer Estimates and Contractor Bids
Over the past several years, owners, engineers, and construction professionals have experienced escalation in construction pricing unlike that observed in over 30 years. This has been accompanied by an equally sudden increase in discrepancies between owner/engineer estimates and construction bids. The Construction Institute has assembled a panel of distinguished leaders to discuss this phenomenon and how best it can be addressed. The focus of the panel will be to discuss ways in which owners, engineers, and constructors can work together to improve the accuracy of cost projections.
