AIT Conference Center Hotel (AITCC)
The guest rooms are all provided with minibar, IDD telephone (if required), wide variety of TV channels, spare jack for modem connection and all superior rooms have in-room safety deposit box. Guests staying in the main building may avail of the central safety deposit boxes adjacent to the Reception Desk.

Individual Booking
1. To make your AITCC hotel reservation, please complete the attached AIT Conference Center Secured Reservation Form. Submit the form to AIT either by email at aitctr@ait.ac.th or by fax to (66 2) 524 5207, as indicated on the form. All bookings must include the following information: guest name, arrival date and period of stay. Be sure to mention that you are a AIT-EWRI Thailand 2009 conference participant.
2. To ensure guaranteed booking, a deposit equivalent to a ONE night stay can be paid upon confirmation of reservation otherwise the booking status will be regarded as tentative. AITCC accepts a Credit Card Guarantee via fax, e-mail or internet.
3. A cancellation fee equivalent to ONE night stay will be charged for NO -SHOW and for cancellation of guaranteed booking.
4. To avoid penalty fee as stated in clause 3, cancellations must be communicated to AITCC prior to arrival according to the following rules:
4.1 For guests coming from countries whose citizens are not required to obtain VISA to enter Thailand for a 3-4 week visit, cancellation must be communicated to AITCC 14 days prior to arrival,
4.2 For guests coming from countries whose citizens are required to obtain VISA to visit Thailand, cancellation must be communicated to AITCC at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid any penalty fees.
