Speaker/Moderator Registration
Registration
All speakers and session moderators are required to register in advance for the conference and pay appropriate registration fees. Onsite, all speakers and moderators should check in at the conference registration desk to pick up badges and tickets.
Audio-visual(AV) Equipment Provided
An LCD projector/screen and microphone will be provided in each session room. Should a speaker require any additional equipment over and above these items listed it will be at their own expense. Remember, if you are making a computer-generated presentation, you MUST bring your own laptop with you. ASCE/T&DI will not supply laptops for your use. If you need a computer, please discuss alternatives with your session moderator.

A Speakers' Preparation Room will operate:
