  • Exhibitor Fees:
    • $1,995 inline booth and $2,195 for corner
    • 10’x10’ booth
    • (1) 6-foot skirted table, 2 chairs, and 1 ID sign
  • Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management.  A refund of the total amount paid less a $100 processing fee per booth space will be made if cancellation is received before January 19, 2011.  No refunds will be made for cancellations received after January 19, 2011.

  • Payment Policy:

Applications must be accompanied by 50% of the total space rental, made payable to ASCE/T&DI 2011 Congress Exhibits, if mailed before July 28, 2010.  All space must be paid in full by December 15, 2010.  After that date, all reserved booth space not paid in full will be released for resale.  Contracts submitted after July 28, 2010, must be accompanied by payment in full.  If the remaining balance is not received by December 15, 2010, the space will be released for resale.  Set-up is prohibited until booth space is paid in full.

  • Exhibitor Registration:

    Complimentary Registration -  Each fully paid 10’x10’ exhibit booth is accompanied by One Full Registration and One Exhibit Hall-Only Badge. The Exhibitor Registration Form will be sent as part of the official Exhibitor Kit emailed two months prior to the Congress. This form must be completed for both the Full Registration and the Exhibit Hall Only Badge and returned to exhibits@asce.org or via fax to 703-295-6329 no later than Wednesday, February 23, 2011. After February 23, exhibitor registration will take place onsite at the Congress.

Additional Booth Personnel Registration - One Additional Booth Personnel Registration at the reduced rate of $250 is available with each fully paid 10’ x 10’ exhibit booth. Any additional booth personnel will pay the full registration fee. An Exhibitor Registration Form must be completed and returned to exhibits@asce.org or via fax to 703-295-6329 no later Wednesday, February 23, 2011. After February 23, exhibitor registration will take place onsite at the Congress.
  • Exhibit Service Company:

Alliance Exposition Services is the official contractor for the ASCE/T&DI 2011 Congress. An Exhibitor Kit containing the forms necessary to ship your booth and to place orders for services will be emailed to you two (2) months prior to the show.
