BOOTH SIZES AND RATES

The Exhibit Hall will take place in the Hyatt Regency Vancouver Ballroom.

Booths are 8 feet by 10 feet. Rates for booths are $1,900.

 

BOOTH FURNISHINGS

Booth rental includes:

  • Use of space;
  • One draped and skirted table (6 feet long by 2 feet wide by 3.5 feet high), one chair, one wastepaper basket, and one ID sign;
  • One full registration and one exhibit hall-only registration per exhibiting company. Additional furnishings and optional electrical hook ups and telephone lines are not included in this agreement. All exhibitors will receive an Exhibitor Kit approximately six weeks before the event. Subsequently, requests for furnishings and optional services must be made in writing, as outlined in the Kit.

 

ATTENTION SOFTWARE COMPANIES

Demonstration sessions are available to exhibiting software companies for an additional fee of only $500. For more information and to reserve a session, contact Sean Scully at 703-295-6154 or sscully@asce.org.

 

TO APPLY FOR SPACE…

Submit a completed original Space Application and Contract, with a deposit of at least 50% of the total space rental. The balance is due by FEBRUARY 1, 2008. All contracts received after February 1, 2008 must be accompanied by full payment in order to receive a booth assignment.
