The following Promotional Opportunities are also available:
Technical Sessions: Affiliate your company with the heart of the Congress – the technical sessions! Your companies name will appear in the On-site Program and on the signage at the session room identifying your support of the advancement of the profession.
- Opening Plenary Session – minimum sponsorship is $2,500, sole sponsorship is available at $5,000.
- Full Track of sessions: 10 sessions, each 1 ½ hours long, presented over 2 ½ days - $2,500
- Individual session sponsorship available - $250.
Conference Briefcase: Each attendee of the Congress receives a handsome briefcase that they continue to use throughout the year. The minimum amount to be a sponsor of the briefcase is $5,000 (note that a minimum of 5 sponsors is required). Sole sponsorship of the briefcase is available. If the sponsor prefers, another premium item may be selected, customized, and presented to each attendee.
Grand Opening Welcome Reception: The highlighted, must attend, social and networking event of the Congress is the Grand Opening Welcome Reception to be held at the Long Beach Aquarium and featuring cocktails and heavy hors d’oeuvres. Sponsorship of the Welcome Reception is highly visible, appreciated by all and acknowledged in the Congress program, placement of strategic signage throughout the reception and the opportunity to place company literature on the reception tables. The minimum amount to be a sponsor of the Grand Opening Reception is $2,500. Sole sponsorship is available for $30,000.
Congress Proceedings: Be a part of the permanent bookshelves of thousands of structural engineers by sponsoring the proceedings. Each attendee receives a copy of the proceedings which are also sold throughout the world after the Congress. The minimum amount to be a sponsor of the proceedings is $2,500. Sole sponsorship is available for $25,000.
Networking Reception: More casual than the Grand Opening, the Networking Reception on Friday evening draws the Congress attendees together on the final evening of the Congress. The minimum amount to be a sponsor of the Networking Reception is $1500. Sole sponsorship is available for $15,000.
Food, Coffee and Refreshment Breaks: Opportunities abound to show your support of the structural engineering profession by sponsoring one of the food, coffee or refreshment breaks:
- Congress Luncheons: An informal event where friends and colleagues gather. The minimum amount to be a sponsor of either of the two Congress Luncheons is $1500. Sole sponsorship is available for $10,000.
- Continental Breakfasts: There are 3 breakfasts available for sponsorship. The minimum sponsorship of a breakfast is $1500 (three sponsors required for each breakfast). Sole sponsorship of a breakfast is available for $5,000.
- Morning Coffee Breaks: There are 3 breaks available for sponsorship. The minimum sponsorship of a coffee break is $1500. Sole sponsorship is available for $5,000.
- Afternoon Refreshment Breaks: There are 2 afternoon breaks available. The minimum sponsorship of a refreshment break is $1500. Sole sponsorship is available for $5,000.

The logos of all $1,000 and higher sponsors who commit by January 15th will be included in the Preliminary Program scheduled to be mailed to over 30,000 structural engineers in February of 2007. All sponsors logos will be included in the final On-Site Program, recognized at the Opening Plenary Session and included on the official 2007 Structures Congress website with a hyperlink. |
