PORTS '13 is the thirteenth in what continues to be the premier port engineering Conference series in North America. The focus on port planning, engineering, construction, operations, and maintenance provides exhibitors opportunities to meet directly with port and agency professionals, practicing engineers and environmental specialists, and researchers. The Conference schedule is tailored to allow ample opportunities for participants to view the exhibits and become more aware of the breadth of services and goods available to the port industry. Exhibitors will interact with old and new industry contacts and clients in the Exhibit Hall, at informal social events, and during the technical tours. The expanded program for students and younger professionals also provides opportunities for recruiting the next generation of talented and energetic specialists in the field.

• Before February 25, 2013 - Inline booth price $2195 - Corner booth price - $2,495

• After February 25, 2013 - Inline booth price $2,395 - Corner booth price - $2,695

• One (1) full registration, which permits the registrant access to all Conference sessions and functions.
• One (1) exhibit only registration, which permits the registrant access to Exhibit Hall functions only.
• Up to two (2) additional exhibit only personnel registrations at the discounted rate of $250 each if registered 30 days in advance of the Conference or $350 each if purchased less than 30 days in advance of the Conference, which permits the registrant access to Exhibit Hall functions only
• 25 hours of open Exhibit Hall time with qualified buyers
• Exposure at all events in the Exhibit Hall:
           Sunday Ice Breaker Welcome Reception
           Monday Lunch
           Wednesday Lunch
           All Morning and Afternoon Breaks
• Recognition in the following (subject to print deadlines):
           Preliminary Program - 50% deposit paid by February 18, 2013
           Final Program - Full payment received by July 22, 2013

           Conference website will include name and hotlink dependent on full payment being received by deadline
• Pre and post PORTS '13 Conference attendee list, provided signed list agreement and full payment is received. To protect the privacy of Conference registrants, the list contains only the names and mailing addresses of each registered attendee. E-mail addresses are not included per the request of ASCE members.
