CONFERENCE PROGRAM & REGISTRATION

A Full Conference Registration includes the following events:

  • Technical & Poster Sessions
  • Exhibits
  • Refreshment Breaks
  • Exhibit Hall Lunch (Mon)
  • Icebreaker Reception (Mon)
  • Awards Luncheon (Tues)
  • Clambake at the New England Aquarium
  • Proceedings

Daily Registration:

  • Monday registration includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, and lunch.
  • Tuesday registration includes all sessions, Tuesday Awards Luncheon, and refreshment breaks.
  • Wednesday registration includes all sessions and refreshment breaks

Guest Registration:

  • Includes Monday’s Orientation Breakfast, the Tour of Boston with lunch, the Icebreaker Reception, and the Clambake at the New England Aquarium on Tuesday.  Children under 12 are free.

Speaker Registration:
All presenters and moderators are required to register and pay appropriate registration fees for the International Pipelines Conference 2007.  All speakers must check in at the Conference Registration Desk to pick up badges and tickets.  Speaker Instructions, Presentation Guidelines and forms for AV and Biographical Date will be posted on the website: http://content.asce.org/conferences/pipelines2007/speaker.html

Student Registration:
Student interested in the pipeline field are encouraged to attend the conference to gain professional insights.  The discounted student registration fee includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, Mondays Exhibit Hall lunch, and the Icebreaker Reception.

PROGRAM AND SESSION CANCELLATION: ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration.  In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session, and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill educational requirements.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of the eary-bird registration discount.  The deadline for early-bird registration is May 23, 2007.  Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the early-bird registration discount.


ADVANCE REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount.  The deadline for advance registration is June 6, 2007.  Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.


ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration forms received AFTER July 7, 2007 will not be processed.  After this date on-site registration will be necessary.  Please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at the on-site Registration Desk in the Boston Westin Waterfront Hotel during registration hours.  A PDF form is available online for your convenience.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A confirmation will be mailed to all advance registrants within two weeks of registering for the conference. If you do not receive confirmation within three weeks, please contact ASCE registration at registrations@asce.org or call ASCE's Member Services at 1-800-548-2723 and ask for the Registration Customer Service Representative. Advance registrants will receive name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site Registration Desk in the Boston Westin Waterfront Hotel during registration hours.


PAYMENT INFORMATION
Acceptable forms of payment include:
• CHECK payable to ASCE/Pipelines 2007 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank - you must include attendee’s name in the memo area of the check)
• CREDIT CARD VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover
• PURCHASE ORDER P.O. #, company name & address or other billing address (this includes Government PO use)

Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms.


CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
ASCE must receive your cancellation request in writing or via email.  A refund, minus a $50 processing fee, will be issued, if the cancellation request is received by June 13, 2007. Please send cancellation request to registrations@asce.org or fax to 703-295-6144 (attn: ASCE Registration Customer Service).
