Abstract Submission Instructions:

  •  Prerequisites -
    • Online accounts for all author(s)
    • Abstract Title
    • Abstract Document (preferably WORD document)
  1. You will be redirected to the web site http://www.cconnect.org

  2. Create an online account.
    • if your account already exists from previous conference submissions, use that login OR select “forgot password” link to send the password to your email address

    • [IMPORTANT] Create online accounts for ALL associate author(s), or request associate author(s) to create accounts.

    • NOTE: You cannot use the same email address for all associated author(s)

  3. You will receive an email confirming your account creation (or password reminder) and associate author(s) will receive separate emails if accounts were created by or for them.

  4. Login using your email address and the passcode created in the previous steps

  5. Select the “Pavements 2008 ” conference from the list of conferences

  6. Select the “Author” role from the list of roles

  7. Select the link to submit your abstract

  8. Select the list of suggested topic from the list and click the “Continue”  button

  9. Provide the abstract title and keywords

  10. Upload the abstract document (preferably a WORD document) from your desktop by selecting the “browse” button

  11. Select the “continue” button to submit your abstract

  12. Click on  “return” to submission listing link

  13. Select the “Edit author list” link associated with your submission to add associate author(s)

  14. Provide the associate author email address provided during account creation to add author(s)
    • If you do not have all the author(s) accounts created you can return later to add  these.

  15. The abstract will be reviewed by the committee and a notification email will be sent related  to the submission
