Reservation deadline:
Monday, March 22, 2010. Reservations made after this date will be accepted based upon room availability and at the contracted group rate. The group rate is available three days before the conference and three days after the conference ends, based upon availability.

- Hotel's recycling program reduces waste disposal and averages about 49 tons of recyclable products per year.
- The Westin Linen Program allows guests to decide when they would like fresh towels and bed linens.
- Lighting has been retro-fitted to high-efficiency light tubes and lamps.
- Motion sensors and light timers are installed in meeting spaces, public restrooms, and storage areas.
- Heating and cooling systems are governed by motion sensors.
- Surplus heat from the fuel cell power plant provides hot water and heating for the swimming pool and spa.
