SPACE RENTAL
Exhibit fee includes a 6-foot skirted table, 1 chair, and 1 complimentary full registration.
Additional furnishings and optional electrical hook-ups and telephone lines are not included in this agreement. All requests for additional equipment must be coordinated with the Hotel. Full information will be included in the Exhibitor Service Kit to be e-mailed before the conference begins.

Monday, April 12
7:45 a.m. - 7:00 p.m.
Tuesday, April 13
7:45 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING OF EXHIBITS
Exhibitors may set up their exhibits Sunday, April 11 from 12:00 Noon - 4:00 p.m. Exhibitors should plan to dismantle and pack their materials on Tuesday, April 13 beginning at 4:00 p.m. (All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 8:00 p.m.)
Exhibitor Fee: (per booth)
- $1,100 by March 1, 2010
