Paper ID 661 ("Solid Waste Management and Practices in Gaza Strip (Palestine)", by Eng. Moustafa Elbaba) was accidentally omitted from the conference proceedings CD-ROM. EWRI expresses sincere apologies for this error, and would like to direct IPWE 2013 attendees to find his paper here.

Notifications regarding the acceptance or rejection of submitted IPWE 2013 abstracts were distributed on August 2, 2012. If you are an author who did not receive notification regarding any of your submissions, please contact Andy Kropf (akropf@asce.org) to inquire about the status of your abstract. Accepted authors can upload their final papers here, utilizing a previous login/password that was used to submit the abstract.

The Environmental & Water Resources Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE-EWRI) looks forward to welcoming attendees to the 6th International Perspective on Water Resources & the Environment conference (IPWE 2013), January 7-9, 2013, Izmir, Turkey. Following the success of the 2012 conference in Marrakech, Morocco, EWRI looks forward to another noteworthy conference that brings together engineers, scientists, planners, economists and allied professionals from all over the world.

The Organizing Committee is already eagerly anticipating an excellent program in Turkey, as it looks to build on the success from the previous international conferences. As IPWE 2013 approaches, the conference website will continue to provide updates and additional information on the call for abstracts, registration, keynote speakers, short courses and tours, and much more!
