If you require transportation from Marrakech Menara Airport (RAK) to your hotel, or from Mohamed V Airport (CMN) in Casablanca, please complete the Individual Transfers Booking Form and submit it to Conference Manager Samuel Regnier at email@example.com.
Travellers may also access Marrakech from Casablanca by accessing the Casa Voyageurs, where trains are available on a route to Marrakech. Trains run regularly, and the trip takes roughly three to four hours of travel time. From Casa Voyageurs, the pricing is roughly 90 MAD (Moroccan Dirham), and a train departs approximately every two hours. Visit here to arrange your train travel in advance.
We recommend you book your flights early to Marrakech as there will be high demand.

Please note: Most direct flights from major European hubs with Royal Air Maroc (RAM) are operated by Atlas Blue, their low cost subsidiary therefore often more cost effective to book direct with Atlas Blue. Please also note many RAM flights hub through Casablanca.

Morocco has relatively few Visa restrictions but please ensure you check with your Moroccan Embassy to have the most up to date information and ensure you leave plenty of time to order your Visa to avoid disappointment.
Invididuals are encouraged to review the processes for acquiring a Visa, should it prove necessary to the travels.
EWRI and the IPWE 2012 Organizing Committee are eager to assist you in your travel arrangements, particularly for those individuals who do not have access to a Moroccan Embassy. With that in mind, individuals traveling from Iran, and other countries not represented with Moroccan embassies, are encouraged to contact EWRI Staff in order to have their information placed on a list of anticipated guests for short-stay Visas.
Those traveling from Iran and other countries should contact EWRI Senior Coordinator, Andy Kropf, at firstname.lastname@example.org. In the email, individuals should make it clear that they are writing regarding the Visa for IPWE 2012, and the body of the email should include the following information:
If a person wishes to be included for a short-stay Visa in Morocco, they must send the email with the above-mentioned information no later than October 31, 2011. Shortly after that date, a list will be assembled and provided to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation in Morocco.
