Deadlines will be strictly observed. Failure to submit abstracts and/or final papers by the deadline will result in removal from the conference program and the proceedings.
Abstract Submissions:
EXTENDED DEADLINE: May 26, 2009 (5:00 pm Eastern, Washington, DC USA time)
Author Notification:
June 26, 2009 (5:00 pm Eastern, Washington, DC USA time)
Final Papers Due*:
EXTENDED DEADLINE - Monday, October 26, 2009 (5:00 pm Eastern, Washington, DC USA time)
As the deadline has been extended, NO LATE REGISTRATIONS OR FINAL PAPER UPLOADS WILL BE ACCEPTED (NO EXCEPTIONS).
* Author registration is required prior to the final paper deadline. As registrations cannot be processed without payment, failure to register with payment prior to the final paper upload deadline will result in removal from the conference program and proceedings. (Author registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to final paper submission deadline. NO REFUNDS will be provided to authors after the extended deadline of October 26, 2009)
