The Final Program has been organized. As a result, abstracts/papers cannot be submitted for the India 2010 conference. We do hope that you will consider attending the conference. Registration information may be found at:

Review Process:
***IMPORTANT: Final Papers which were not formatted to the above requirements and/or did not meet the page limits were not reviewed by the committee and will not appear in the conference program or proceedings.***
Deadlines will be strictly observed. Late submissions will not be be considered for the conference. Failure to submit final papers AND register by the deadline will result in removal from the conference program and the proceedings. As the deadline has been extended, NO LATE REGISTRATIONS OR FINAL PAPER UPLOADS WILL BE ACCEPTED (NO EXCEPTIONS).
The Steering Committee has reviewed all papers correctly uploaded via the conference website by registered authors and have assigned them to either an Oral or Technical Poster Session.
Commitment to Attend and Expenses:
Authors whose abstracts are accepted for oral presentations or technical posters and who submit a final paper are expected to attend the India 2010 conference, pay the appropriate registration fees and make their presentation(s) in person.
Expenses related to preparing and presenting the papers, including camera-ready manuscripts and illustrations, are the responsibility of the authors and coauthors.
Submission of an abstract and final paper indicates that permission to present the paper has been obtained from the responsible owning authority of the subject project. For program questions, contact the Technical Chair or Co-Chair. Proceedings will be produced by IIT-EWRI as a CD.
Registrations cannot be processed without payment. Failure to register with payment prior to the final paper upload deadline will result in removal from the conference program and proceedings.
Author registration cancellations must be made in writing prior to final paper submission deadline. NO REFUNDS will be provided to authors after the EXTENDED DEADLINE OF OCTOBER 26, 2009 (NO EXCEPTIONS).
Expenses
All expenses associated with the preparation, submission, and presentation of abstracts and papers are the responsibility of the authors. This includes preparation of high resolution digital manuscripts and illustrations.
Scholorships, Travel Funds, and Discounts:
Scholarship and/or travel funds are NOT available for conference participants. All attendees are required to pay all conference registration fees and all expenses associated with traveling to the conference. Conference registration fees are fixed and NO discounts are being offered.
