John F. Kennedy Award for Best Student Paper

Graduate and undergraduate students are invited to submit technical papers for the John F. Kennedy Student Paper Competition. Papers must represent the original work of the student and be authored by the student alone. A faculty member or other advisor may not co-author the paper but may help oversee the preparation of the manuscript. Papers must fall under one of the listed topics. Guidelines for abstract submission apply to students as well. Technical sessions will be devoted to student paper presentations, according to the number of papers submitted.

 

International Attendees

Invitation Letter Request Instructions:

• Please share with us in your email request the following required fields: Complete first and last name, mailing address, and e-mail address.

• Send requests to Raquel Grant at: IAHRConferenceCoordinator@asce.org and your invitation letter will be prepared and sent by airmail to the address that you provide, and a copy in .pdf format via e-mail.

• U.S. Department of State provides information on traveling to the United States regarding passports, international travel, etc. Their Web site is accessible via http://travel.state.gov/travel/tips/regional/regional_1170.html.

Letters cannot be e-mailed or sent to the Embassy or U.S. Consulate. ASCE cannot intervene on behalf of the invitees with the Embassy or U.S. Consulate via fax, phone, surface mail, or e-mail.
