The Herbert Hoover Dike – Rehabilitation Project – Task Order #03 – The U.S. Army Corp of Engineers awarded TREVIICOS South, Inc. the construction of a 500-foot demonstration section of seepage cutoff wall and options for construction of four additional sections totaling 3.2 miles. South Florida Water Management District (SFWMD)

The SFWMD has constructed a few stormwater treatment areas that provide storage and treatment of storm water runoff for water quality improvement of the Everglades as part of the Everglades Restoration Program. The SFWMD operates a network of six STAs South of Lake Okeechobee with a combined area of more than 52,000 acres.
