Early Bird Registration
G-I invites registrants to take advantage of the early-bird registration discount of $100. The deadline for early-bird registration is
February 5, 2010.
Advance & On-Site Registration
On February 6, 2010, the registration fee will increase by $100. Registration forms received after February 15, 2010, will not be
processed. After this date, please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at the Congress Registration desk located in the Palm Beach County Convention Center. A form in PDF format is available online for your convenience.
Speaker Registration
All speakers are required to register for the Congress in advance and submit the appropriate registration fee. Speakers must check in at the Congress registration desk to pick up badges and tickets. Speaker instructions, presentation guidelines, AV information and biographical data forms will be posted on the Congress Web site, www.geocongress.org.
Guest/Companion Registration
Guest/Companion Registration includes the Welcome Reception on Sunday, an Orientation Breakfast on Monday, and the Heroes and Awards Luncheon on Wednesday.
Confirmation Of Registration
An email confirmation will be sent to the email address provided automatically after the time of registration. Advance registrants
will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the onsite Congress registration desk located in the Palm Beach County Convention Center during registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within one week of registering, please send an e-mail message to REGSupport@YourMeeting.com.
Payment Information
CHECK: Payable to PlanNet/GeoFlorida 2010 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank). Include attendee’s name in the memo area of the check.
CREDIT CARD: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
PURCHASE ORDER: a P.O. number, company name and address or other billing address (includes government P.O. use).
Mail registrations to PlanNet, Attention: GeoFlorida 2010, 3138 10th St. N., Suite 500, Arlington, VA 22201, OR register
online at www.geocongress.org. Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be
processed without payment or a copy of a PO.
Cancellations/Refunds
Cancellations must be in writing or via e-mail. A refund will be issued, less a $100 processing fee, if Geo-Institute receives the cancellation notice by February 15, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after February 15, 2010. Send cancellations to REGSupport@YourMeeting.com or fax them to 888-909-3725.

Release/Waiver/Special Assistance
Photograph Release: By submitting the registration form, I hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of me during these events by Geo-Institute to be used for any purpose.
Liability Waiver: I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in Geo-Institute events and activities at my own free and intentional act, and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly that I am, as a result, able to participate in Geo-Institute events, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own wellbeing. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place without prior permission from the Geo-Institute.
