Invitation Letter Request Instructions:


  • After sending the requested information to Stacey Gardiner, your invitation letter will be prepared and sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided.  The letter is typically sent electronically within one week.

  • Letters may be faxed if requested.  Please provide Stacey Gardiner with a fax number and indicate that you would like the letter faxed in addition to the e-mailed copy.  

  • Letters cannot be sent to the Embassy or U.S. Consulate.  ASCE cannot intervene on behalf on the invitees with the Embassy or U.S. Consulate via fax, phone, surface mail, or e-mail.
