Younger Member Travel Grants
Travel grants of $500 are available for early career professionals attending Geo-Congress 2012. International applicants welcome. Students and faculty are not eligible for these grants.
Applications are due by February 25, 2012 at 5pm CT.
Please fill out and email the following form to: Dr. Giovanna Biscontin at gbiscontin@tamu.edu.
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Member of the Geo-Institute
- Geotechnical professional in the first 5 years of his/her career - students and faculty are not eligible
- Proof of registration for the full conference is required in order to receive the grant
All G-I Technical Committees are able to sponsor early career professionals' attendance at 2012 Geo-Congress. For a list of Technical Committees and their contact information, visit the G-I website.
