Speaker Registration

Authors whose abstracts or draft papers are selected will be requested to submit a final paper. Submitting a paper for the Congress constitutes agreement that, if their paper is accepted, the author will register for the congress at the apporpriate fee(s), attend the Congress and make their presentation in person. Should an individual fail to register for the Congress, the individual's abstract/paper will be removed from the congress program and proceedings.
