EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT

G-I invites registrants to take advantage of the early-bird registration discount. The deadline for early-bird registration is   April 24, 2008.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION DISCOUNT

G-I invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount. The deadline for advance registration is

May 7 , 2008. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be received by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION

Registration forms received on or after May 8, 2008, will not be processed. After this date, on-site registration will be necessary. Please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at the Conference Registration desk.  A form in PDF format is available online here for your convenience.

SPEAKER REGISTRATION

All speakers are required to register for the Conference in advance and to submit the appropriate registration fee. Speakers must check in at the Confence registration desk to pick up badges and tickets. Speaker instructions, presentation guidelines, AV information and biographical data forms will be posted on the Speaker page of this Web site.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

  • CHECK: Payable to ASCE/GEESD 2008 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank). Include attendee’s name in the memo area of the check.
  • CREDIT CARD: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover.
  • PURCHASE ORDER: a P.O. number, company name and address or other billing address (includes government P.O. use).

Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or a copy of a PO.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION

A confirmation will be mailed to all advance registrants. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Advance registrants will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site G-I registration desk during registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within three weeks of registration, please contact ASCE registration at 1-800-548-2723 and ask to speak with the conference registrar, or send an e-mail message to registrations@asce.org.

PROGRAM AND SESSION CANCELLATION

ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill the educational requirements.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Cancellations must be in writing or via e-mail. A refund will be issued, less a $50 processing fee, if ASCE receives the cancellation notice by May 7, 2008. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after Wednesday, May 7, 2008. Send cancellations to registrations@asce.org or fax them to 703-295-6144.

RELEASE/WAIVER/SPECIAL ASSISTANCE

Photographic Release:  By submitting the registration form, I hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of me during these events by G-I to be used for any purpose.

Liability Waiver: I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in G-I events and activities at my own free and intentional act, and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my participation. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly that I am, as a result, able to participate in G-I events, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place without prior permission from the G-I.
