Speakers / Moderators


Registration

All speakers and session moderators are required to register in advance for the conference and pay appropriate registration fees. Onsite all speakers and moderators should check in at the conference registration desk to pick up badges and tickets.

Audio-visual(AV) Equipment Provided

An LCD projector, screen, and microphone (if space requires) will be provided in each session room. Should a speaker require any additional equipment over and above the items listed, it will be at their own expense. Remember, if you are making a computer- generated presentation, you can bring your own laptop or discuss alternatives with your session moderator.  ASCE/TAC will not supply laptops for your use.

For any such requests, speakers must submit the Speaker AV Form no later than October 12, 2012. Every effort will be made to supply this equipment. There is no guarantee an item will be available if a request for additional equipment is made onsite.
