ASCE TCFE has sponsored workshops for engineering faculty since 2003 on using failure case studies and forensics in engineering education, with over 100 faculty participating to date.  In this session, faculty from across the U.S. will discuss how they have used failure case studies and forensics, feedback from students, and lessons learned from their experiences.  The session will focus on best practices for using failure case studies and forensics in engineering education.
