A Full Conference Registration includes:

Daily Registration:
- Monday registration includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, and Exhibit Hall lunch. Welcome Reception ticket must be purchased separately
- Tuesday registration includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, and Exhibit Hall lunch.
- Wednesday registration includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, and Exhibit Hall lunch. Closing Banquet ticket must be purchased separately
- Proceedings must be purchased separately
Guest Registration:
- Includes Monday's Welcome Reception, Monday’s Orientation Breakfast, and Wednesday's Closing Banquet. Children under 12 are free.
Speaker Registration:
All speakers are required to register for the Conference in advance and to submit the appropriate registration fee. Speakers must check in at the conference registration desk to pick up badges and tickets. Speaker instructions,
presentation guidelines, AV, and biographical data forms will be posted on the conference website here.
Student Registration:
Students are encouraged to attend the conference to gain professional insights. Proof of valid student ID is required. The discounted student registration fee includes all sessions, refreshment breaks, all Exhibit Hall lunches, the Welcome Reception and the Closing Banquet. A Student Registration does NOT include the Proceedings. Student authors are not required to pay the full speaker registration fee for attending the conference. PROGRAM AND SESSION CANCELLATION: ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session, and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill educational requirements.

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of the eary-bird registration discount. The deadline for early-bird registration is August 20, 2007. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the early-bird registration discount.
ADVANCE REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount. The deadline for advance registration is September 4, 2007. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.
ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration forms received AFTER September 19, 2007 will not be processed. After this date, on-site registration will be required. Please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at the on-site Registration Desk in the Boston Park Plaza during registration hours. A PDF form is available online for your convenience.
CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A confirmation will be mailed to all advance registrants within two weeks of registering for the conference. If you do not receive confirmation within three weeks, please contact ASCE registration at registrations@asce.org or call ASCE's Member Services at 1-800-548-2723 and ask for the Registration Customer Service Representative. Advance registrants will receive name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site Registration Desk in the Boston Park Plaza during registration hours.
PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPMENT HOURS (PDHs)
You may earn PDHs, which are nationally recognized units of record, by attending conference technical sessions. Please note that there are differences from state to state in continuing education requirements for professional engineering licensure. Each state registration board has the final authority to approve course, credits, PDHs, and other methods of earning credits in that state. ASCE strongly recommends that individuals regularly check with their state registration boards for specific continuing education requirements in their jurisdictions that affect professional engineering licensure and the ability to renew licensure. Be sure to check the FMGM website for updated information regarding the Professional Development Hours (PDHs) that may be earned at this Symposium.

Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms.
CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
Cancellations must be received in writing at ASCE headquarters by Tuesday, September 4, 2007, to receive a refund of the registration fee. A $50 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Additional event tickets will be fully refunded
