After sending the requested information to Amilyne Caslin, your invitation letter will be prepared and sent by e-mail to the e-mail address you provided. The letter is typically sent electronically within one week.

Letters may be faxed if requested. Please provide Amilyne Caslin with a fax number and indicate that you would like the letter faxed in addition to the e-mailed copy.

Letters cannot be sent to the Embassy or U.S. Consulate. ASCE cannot intervene on behalf of an invitee with the Embassy or U.S. Consulate via fax, phone, surface mail, or e-mail.
