To ensure room availability at the special conference rate reservations must be made by September 3, 2007. When making reservations, please ask for the International Symposium on Field Measurements in Geomechanics (FMGM) rate and room block to receive the negotiated conference rate.
Reservations which are not received on or before the cutoff date will be accepted by the hotel on a space available basis at the best available rate at the time of reservation. Hotel will extend the group rate 3 days before September 24 and 3 days after September 27, subject to availability.
You must ask for the “FMGM Conference” room block to receive the $227 discounted group rate for your reservation.  |
