THE SMALL PRINT:
- PLEASE adhere to the pre-sign-up deadline of May 1, as set by our tour company, Tour New Mexico, Inc.
- If a tour is canceled due to insufficient registration, a full refund will be given. If a tour participant chooses to cancel a tour between May 1 - May 18, a refund will be given minus a $10 per person handling charge retained by Tour New Mexico, Inc.
- No refunds of any kind available after May 18.
- Sign ups will continue to be taken until the time of tour departure or until the tour is full.
- Tour New Mexico, Inc., will send confirmations by e-mail and use your e-mail for this purpose only.
- Tour New Mexico, Inc. will not be responsible for tours that are not available or need to be re-routed due to construction, renovation, acts of God, weather, or closures.
- All tours depart from the 3rd street entrance of the Convention Center.
**You are encouraged to pre-register for these tours. ASCE reserves the right to cancel a tour if the minimum attendee requirement is not reached before the tour date.
