CONGRESS REGISTRATION

Advance Registration Discount


ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advanced registration discount. The
deadline for advanced registration is April 11, 2011. Registration forms, including complete
payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advanced
registration discount.


On-site Registration


Please do not mail registration forms through the U.S. Postal Service AFTER April 15, 2011 in
order to ensure your registration is processed by the April 29, 2011 deadline. After this date,
registrations must be secured with a credit card. If you are paying by credit card, please
register online via the link on the Congress Web site or download the PDF registration
form and submit it onsite along with your full credit card payment.


Badges


To receive a badge, you must register. Your name badge is your admission to the technical
sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Pre-registered participants are to pick up their badges upon
checking in at the Onsite Registration Counter at the Palm Springs Convention Center.
Badge Sharing Not Allowed Registration is per individual and is not
exchangeable between colleagues.


Cancellations/Refunds


Registration cancellations must be sent in writing or via email. A refund will be issued,
minus a $100 processing fee, if the cancellation notice is received by ASCE by April 11, 2011.
Event/course/tour tickets will be fully refunded if cancellation is received in writing by April 11,
2011. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after April 11, 2011, unless the event/
course/tour is cancelled by EWRI. Send cancellations to registrations@asce.org or
fax to 703-295-6144.

Senior Discount


If you are 70 years or more, you may register at a deeply discounted rate. Proof of age is
required. See the registration form for details.


Speaker/Moderator Registration


All speakers and moderators are required to register for the Congress and to submit payment
for respective registration fees by February 9, 2011.


Student Registration


If you are a full-time student, you can register at a deeply discounted rate. Proof of full-time
student status and valid ID are required.


Substitutions


Substitutions are allowed. Re-submit the original registration form with the original registrant's
name crossed out. Write "Substitution" at the top of the form. Complete ALL the information for the new registrant. Substitutions must be made by May 12, 2011. After that date, substitutions are to be made at the On-site Registration Counter.
