Institute Chapter Development Workshop

Sunday, May 16, 12:30 - 5:00 PM

The EWRI Sections & Branch Activities Council is actively planning an Institute Chapter Development Workshop. This session will feature members of the Sections & Branch Council sharing the process of creating EWRI Chapters. Individuals or groups interested in founding an Institute Chapter are encouraged to attend, as this workshop will allow for exploration of the process and answers to be readily available from the Council leadership. Representatives from existing chapters will be in attendance to share their personal experiences.

The Sections & Branch Council is always eager to expand the reach of chapters across the country, and most recently, all over the globe. With the addition of two international chapters in India, the Council hopes to continue to grow chapter participation both domestically and internationally. If you or your colleagues have considered the need for a chapter in your area, you are encouraged to attend to learn more about the process and possibilities.

Committee Open House and Past Chair Cocktail Hour

Sunday, May 16, 6:00 - 8:00 PM

Come join your fellow EWRI members for this social networking event. The Committee Open House gives Institute technical and operational committees the opportunity to reach out to current or prospective members of EWRI. Whether you are an active member of the numerous available committees, or just intrigued, you are invited to participate in this social event. In addition, chairs who served in leadership positions on EWRI committees will be recognized for their service to the Institute in the past year. Join us to show our appreciation for these individuals, and to learn more about how you can get involved.

Tickets included in full, student, and spouse registrations. Additional tickets may be purchased at the registration desk or on the Congress website.
