FINAL PAPERS ARE DUE FRIDAY JANUARY 25, 2008.

The presenting author must register and make sure the final paper is uploaded by Friday, January 25, 2008 midnight U.S. Eastern Time (Washington, DC).  If you are unable to submit your final paper by that date, the Congress Committee will assume your paper will not be submitted. We will then proceed to fill the space allocated for your presentation with a previously selected and notified alternate who will have submitted a paper by that date

?            Your name and credentials will appear in the program as you have entered them into the database. Check that your title and author information is correct in the database when you upload your paper. Make any necessary changes to the database at that time, being careful to check spelling, punctuation and capitalization.

?            Please make sure that all authors associated with the paper are included in the database when you upload the final version.

The author who intends to present the paper MUST register for the conference in order to upload the final paper and to have the paper included in the proceedings. You may begin registering for the conference and uploading your final paper on Friday, January 25, 2008

All Speakers - Please fill out and either send to your moderator or bring with you to your session.  Your moderator will use this information to introduce you.

Audio Visual Request Form (optional)

Speakers - standard equipment in each room:  LCD projector and screen; microphone if room size warrants it.  Please fill out this form out only if you need equipment other than this.

Note:  All conference presenters and moderators are required to register for at least one day of the conference and pay the appropriate registration fees.
