Exhibitor Service Kit

The Exhibitor Service Kit has been e-mailed to all exhibitors in good standing.  For new exhibitors, once you submit your Space Application/Contract and full payment, you will receive your Exhibitor Service Kit.

The Exhibitor Service Kit includes the exhibit personnel registration forms, order forms for utility services, booth furniture rental, labor, freight forwarding, and drayage.

Exhibit Hall Tear Down                                                         1:30 pm - 8:00 pm

Booth Cost: The fee is $1,500 for an (8’ x 10’) booth, inclusive of one skirted 6’ x 2’ table, chair and waste basket.  Booth price includes two full registrations per standard exhibit booth.

The registration fee for additional exhibitor personnel is $250.  Badge sharing is not allowed.
