The World Environmental & Water Resources Congress
has become an important annual opportunity for the best
minds at work in environmental and water fields to convene
and focus on topics of the day. In this era of shifting coastlines,
urban sprawl, raging storms, and extreme acts by humans and nature,
it is imperative that those working on the front lines – at the environmental/
water engineering nexus – share insights from research and case studies
in the field, to generate best practices for the future.

CONFERENCE PROGRAM & REGISTRATION
A Full Conference registration includes the following events:

• Technical & Poster Sessions
• Exhibits
• Refreshment Breaks
• Awards Breakfast (Tues, Thurs, and Fri)
• Icebreaker Reception (Tues)
• Keynote Breakfast (Wed)
• AAWRE & AAEE Reception (Wed)
• Student Programs with a Student Lunch (Thurs)
  Registrations will not be processed without payment or copy of a purchase order.

PROGRAM AND SESSION CANCELLATION: ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration.  In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session, and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill educational requirements.

Cutoff dates for registration are as follows:

EARLY-BIRD REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of the early-bird registration discount.  The deadline for early-bird registration is December 31, 2006.  Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the early-bird registration discount.

ADVANCE REGISTRATION DISCOUNT
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount.  The deadline for advance registration is March 31, 2007.  Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.

ON-SITE REGISTRATION
Registration forms received AFTER May 14, 2007 will not be processed.  After this date on-site registration will be necessary.  Please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at the on-site Registration Desk in the Tampa Marriott Waterside during registration hours.  A PDF form is available online for your convenience.

CONFIRMATION OF REGISTRATION
A confirmation will be mailed to all advance registrants within two weeks of registering for the conference. If you do not receive confirmation within three weeks, please contact ASCE registration at registrations@asce.org or call ASCE's Member Services at 1-800-548-2723 and ask for the Registration Customer Service Representative. Advance registrants will receive name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site Registration Desk in the Tampa Marriott Waterside during registration hours.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
Acceptable forms of payment include:
• CHECK payable to ASCE/EWRI Congress 2007 (in U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank - you must include attendee’s name in the memo area of the check)
• CREDIT CARD VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover
• PURCHASE ORDER P.O. #, company name & address or other billing address (this includes Government PO use)

Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS
ASCE must receive your cancellation request in writing or via email.  A refund, minus a $75 processing fee, will be issued, if the cancellation request is received by April 14, 2007. Please send cancellation request to registrations@asce.org or fax to 703-295-6144 (attn: ASCE Registration Customer Service).
