Booth Prices

On or Before December 29, 2011: $2,295 per 10’x10’ booth

After December 29, 2011: $2,795 per 10’x10’ booth

Payment of Exhibit Space

Contracts received prior to April 12, 2012 must be accompanied by 50 percent of the total space rental, made payable to ASCE/ETS 2012 Conference Exhibits. All space must be paid in full by April 12, 2012. After that date, all reserved booth space not paid in full will be released for resale. Set-up is prohibited until booth space is paid in full.
