You will not be required to sign a form, the process is handled electronically when papers are uploaded.

Final papers must be completed and uploaded to the paper management system 11:00pm eastern Time June 5, 2012.  You will not have an opportunity after June 5th to change your paper so make sure you proof it closely.  Final papers should be between 10-12 pages in length, inclusive of all figures, bibliography, etc.  The paper formatting guidelines and copyright forms can be found on the paper management system.

Please follow the paper formatting guidelines closely. The proceedings of ETS 2012 will be copyrighted and published by the American Society of Civil Engineers. It is the author’s responsibility to obtain any necessary permissions or approvals from employers, project owners, or clients prior to submission of the draft and final paper for publication. Material included in your submission which is from previously published sources, including the Internet, may require permission from the copyright holder of that publication or website. It is the author’s responsibility to obtain the permission for reuse of this material and include the appropriate credit information in the paper.

All speakers are required to register and submit a PowerPoint presentation prior to the Conference.
