Space Rental: 

Exhibit fee includes the use of a 10x10 booth, 6ft skirted table, 2 chairs, 2 complimentary full registrations, and an ID sign.

 

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits:

Exhibitors may set up their exhibits Sunday, November 8th, Noon – 4:00pm,.  Exhibitors should plan to dismantle and pack their materials  on Wednesday, November 11th, 1:30 pm-7:00pm.   (All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 7:00pm.)

Exhibitor Fee:  (per booth)

  • $1,800 by December 31, 2008
  • $1,950 after December 31, 2008
