The conference will consist primarily of plenary sessions, with several breakout sessions in two tracks. This format is
designed to provide attendees with a survey of the state of the practice since the 1990 conference, establish the current state-of-the-art and to provide a review of current applications and forecast future trends. In particular, the conference will include 2 to 5 technical short courses or workshops, 8 plenary sessions, 6 concurrent technical sessions, an exhibition, field demonstrations, and a poster session. Additional events which will help you to renew acquaintances and meet new colleagues include a welcome reception and a networking reception with posters in the Exhibition Hall.
Conference Topics
The conference will provide comprehensive coverage of design, performance and construction of earth retaining structures. Presentations will include invited keynote lectures given by leading international experts and oral and poster sessions of submitted papers.
