Authors/Speakers Policy
All papers and presentations accepted for the conference constitute agreement that the author(s)/speaker(s) will register for the conference at the appropriate fee(s), attend the conference, and make their presentation(s) in person.
An author registration form is available for authors that have previously uploaded their final paper and have paid the $100 (USD) paper deposit fee. If an author has not paid the paper deposit fee, the general registration form must be completed.
One-Person/One-Presentation Policy
In order to give room for maximum number of individual speakers and to enhance the diversity in presentation, the conference will have a one-person/one-presentation policy. Therefore, authors/speakers who have more than one abstract accepted are advised to make arrangement to have their co-author(s) present the other paper(s).
