Important Dates
- Abstracts are due by Monday, September 17, 2007.
- Authors will be notified of acceptance/rejection of abstracts by Thursday, September 27, 2007.
- Sponsor’s first installment of 50% is due by Monday, October 1, 2007, in order to be included in Preliminary Program.
- Sponsor’s total amount is due by Monday, January 7, 2008. This is also the deadline to commit for sponsorships of lanyards, tote bags and inclusion in Final Program.
- The Advance registration deadline is Friday, February 1, 2008.
- Final Papers are due Friday, February 1, 2008.
- Speaker Biography Forms are due by Friday, February 1, 2008.
- A/V Forms are due by Friday, February 1, 2008.
- Hotel reservation deadline is Monday, February 11, 2008.
- Earth & Space Conference 2008 will be held March 3-5, 2008.
