CANCELLATION POLICY: Please do not mail registration forms through the U.S. Postal Service AFTER October 6, 2010 in order to ensure your registration is processed by the October 13 deadline. After this date, registrations must be secured with a credit card. If you are paying by credit card, please register online via the link on the Conference Web site or download the PDF registration form and submit it onsite along with your full credit card payment.

Cancellation must be received in writing at ASCE headquarters by October 13, to receive a refund of the registration fee. A $65 processing fee will be deducted from all refunds. Additional event tickets will be fully refunded if cancelled in writing by October 13. There are no refunds after October 13. Fax cancellation requests to: ATTN: Customer Service at (703) 295-6144; or e-mail them to registrations@asce.org; or mail to ASCE, Attn: Customer Service, 1801 Alexander Bell Drive, Reston, VA 20191-4400, USA. NO REFUNDS will be granted for cancellations received after October 13.
