Exhibitor Benefits -

       For $1,495, Exhibitors receive:

• One (1) 6-foot skirted table, two (2) chairs and one (1) ID sign

• Maximum exposure during the Welcome Reception, Morning and Afternoon Networking Breaks and Tuesday Exhibit Hall Lunch
• Recognition in the Final Program and on the COPRI Congress web site
• A pre-and-post Congress Attendee list, subject to excuted contract and full payment by September 15, 2010.

Cancellation Policy -

Cancellation notification must be submitted in writing to ASCE Show Management. A refund of the total amount paid less a $100 processing fee per table-top reserved space will be made if cancellation is received before September 15, 2010. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after September 15, 2010.

Payment Policy -

Applications must be accompanied by 50% of the total space rental, made payable to ASCE/COPRI Exhibits, if mailed before July 28, 2010. All space must be paid in full by September 15, 2010. After that date, all reserved booth space not paid in full will be released for resale. Contracts submitted after July 28, 2010, must be accompanied by payment in full. If the remaining balance is not received by September 15, 2010, the space will be released for resale. Set-up is prohibited until booth space is paid in full.

Exhibitor Registration - Complimentary Registration
Each fully paid exhibit table-top is accompanied by One (1) Full Registration and One (1) Exhibit Hall-Only Badge. The Exhibitor Registration Form will be sent as part of the official Exhibitor Kit emailed two months prior to the Congress. This form must be completed for both the Full Registration and the Exhibit Hall Only Badge and returned to exhibits@asce.org or via fax to 703-295-6329 no later than Wednesday, October 27, 2010.  After October 27, exhibitor registration will take place onsite at the Congress.

Exhibit Room Block -
The exhibitor room block is open. To receive the reduced Congress rate, reservations must be made by October 13, 2010.
