On behalf of the International Association for Cold Regions Development Studies (IACORDS) and the Technical Council on Cold Regions Engineering, and the Alaska Section of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE), we would like to cordially invite you to the 10th International Symposium on Cold Regions Development (ISCORD). The focus of this specialty conference is “Planning for Sustainable Cold Regions.” Join us in Anchorage, Alaska from June 2-5, 2013 at the Dena’ina Civic and Convention Center.  Anchorage is the hub of Alaska’s energy, business and Federal Government sectors.
