Exhibitor Instructions for Registration, Shipping, and Purchasing Additional Booth Equipment:

Each exhibiting company is entitled to one full complimentary registration.  All exhibitors must complete the Exhibitor Registration Forms and return them to Cathy Elbo via email at celbo@asce.org or fax to her attention at 703/295-6329 by August 12, 2009.

If you would like to request a Post-Conference Attendee List, please sign and submit this form by August 31, 2009.

Booth materials must be shipped to the following address:

Please note that materials will not be accepted prior to Monday, August 25, 2009.

Your exhibit fee includes a 6-ft. skirted table, 2 chairs, and a booth identification sign. Additional furnishings, optional electrical hook-ups, and telephone lines are not included. All requests for additional equipment must be coordinated through the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Please note that exhibits will be in the Gooseberry Falls Room located on the Entrance Level of the City Side area of the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center. Carpeting may not be ordered, as there are hardwood floors in the Gooseberry Falls Room.

Exhibit Hall Hours:

Monday, August 31

1:00 pm – 8:00 pm

Tuesday, September 1

Wednesday, September 2

8:00 am – 1:00 pm

Installation and Dismantling of Exhibits:

Exhibitors may set up their exhibits Monday, August 31 from 8:00 am – 12:00 pm. Exhibitors should plan to dismantle and pack their materials on Wednesday, September 2 beginning at 1:00 pm. (All exhibits must be dismantled and removed by 4:00 pm.)

Exhibit Fee:  (per 10' x 10' booth)

$650 by June 30, 2009
