Early-Bird Registration Discount

ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of the Early-Bird registration discount. The deadline for Early-Bird registration is September 19, 2007.

Advance Registration Discount

ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount. The deadline for advance registration is October 17, 2007. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.

On-site Registration

Registration forms received AFTER October 17 will not be processed. After this date on-site registration will be necessary. Please be prepared to complete an on-site Registration Form at ASCE Registration desk located in the Great Hall Foyer. A form in PDF format is available online for your convenience.

International Activities

Registrations for International events may be purchased separately or as a pack age. The package price is $195 and includes the following: Current Global Anti Corruption Activities Symposium; International Luncheon; Transboundary Water Issues in Israel and Palestine Symposium; International Dinner; International Roundtable; Leadership Luncheon; and Sustainability Symposium.

Guest Registration

Guest Registration includes a continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday, and the Ice Breaker Reception. See ASCE’s web site for more details.

Confirmation of Registration

A confirmation will be mailed to all advance registrants within three weeks of registering for the conference. Please allow three weeks for delivery. Advance registrants will receive their name badges and any tickets ordered at the on-site ASCE Registration Desk located in the Great Hall Foyer of the Buena Vista Palace Hotel during Registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within three weeks, please contact ASCE registration at 1-800-548-2723 and ask to speak with the conference registrar, or email registrations@asce.org.

Payment Information

Acceptable forms of payment include:

CHECK: payable to ASCE Annual Conference 2007 (In U.S. dollars, drawn on a U.S. bank – you must include attendee’s Name in the memo area of the check)

CREDIT CARD: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club and Discover

PURCHASE ORDER: P.O. #, company name & address or other billing address (This includes Government PO use)

Full payment MUST accompany all registration forms. Forms will not be processed without payment or copy of PO.

Cancellations/Refunds

Cancellations must be in writing or via email. A refund will be issued, minus a $50 processing fee, if the cancellation notice is received by ASCE by October 12, 2007. No refunds will be made for cancellations received after the three-week deadline of Friday, October 12, 2007. Send cancellations to registrations@asce.org or fax to 703-295-6144.

Release/Waiver/Special Assitance

Photograph Release: By submitting this registration form, I hereby release any photographs that may be incidentally taken of me during these events by ASCE to be used for any purpose.

Liability Waiver

I agree and acknowledge that I am undertaking participation in ASCE events and activities at my own free and intentional act, and I am fully aware that possible physical injury might occur to me as a result of my partici pation. I give this acknowledgement freely and knowingly that I am, as a result, able to participate in ASCE events, and I do hereby assume responsibility for my own well-being. I also agree not to allow any other individual to participate in my place.

Program and Session Cancellation

ASCE reserves the right to cancel programs and/or sessions because of low registration. In the unlikely event of a cancellation, all registrants will be notified and will receive full refunds, if applicable. Programs and Sessions are subject to change and ASCE reserves the right to substitute a program, session and/or speaker of equal caliber to fulfill the educational requirements.
