Registration

The author who intends to present the paper MUST register for the conference in order to upload the final paper and to have the paper included in the proceedings. You may begin registering for the conference and uploading your final paper soon.

Biographical Submission Form

All Speakers - Please fill out and either send to your moderator or bring with you to your session.  Your moderator will use this information to introduce you.

Audio Visual Request Form (optional)

Speakers - standard equipment in each room:  LCD projector and screen; microphone if room size warrants it.  Please fill out this form out only if you need equipment other than this.

Note:  All conference presenters and moderators are required to register for at least one day of the conference and pay the appropriate registration fees.
