19th Analysis & Computation Specialty Conference


The 19th Analysis & Computation Specialty Conference will be held in conjunction with the 2010 Structures Congress. The specialty conference continues a long tradition of holding such conferences every two years. The Conference will provide a forum to discuss challenges in bridging the gap between structural engineering education and professional practice and will be a venue for highlighting state-of-the-art research.

NO ADDITIONAL PROPOSALS ARE BEING ACCEPTED

Remember all speakers need to register for the conference.

All papers for the 19th A&C Specialty Conference will be subjected to a multi-stage editorial review process.

Authors of accepted proposals will be notified and will need to submit a 10-12 page manuscript by DECEMBER 1, 2009. The 19th A&C Specialty Conference proceedings editors will review these manuscripts and authors may be asked to revise their manuscript prior to final acceptance for publication in the proceedings and presentation at the conference. Key dates for this process are given below. Only those presentations made at the conference will have their companion papers included in the conference proceedings

 

KEY DATES:

  • Paper Abstract Submission: June 10, 2009 -CLOSED

  • Abstract Acceptance Notification: September 30, 2009
  • Conference Paper Submission: December 1, 2009(Note: the Conference Paper submission will be reviewed by the 19th A&C Specialty Conference proceedings editors and comments will be provided to the author)
  • Publication-Ready Conference Paper Submission:     January 20, 2010
