FINAL PAPERS ARE DUE TUESDAY JUNE 3, 2008
The presenting author must register and make sure the final paper is uploaded by Tuesday, June 3, 2008, midnight U.S. Eastern Time (Washington, DC). If you are unable to submit your final paper by that date, your paper will not be published in the Conference Proceedings. This deadline is final, and late papers cannot be accepted or uploaded.

• Your name and credentials will appear in the Proceedings and Final Onsite Program as you have entered them into the C2 database. Check that your title and author information is correct when you upload your paper. Make any necessary changes to the database at that time, being careful to check spelling, punctuation, capitalization, and credentials.
• Please make sure that all authors associated with the paper are included in the database when you upload the final version.
Paper Deposit Fee
The presenting author is required to pay the paper deposit fee of $150 in order to upload their final paper. The paper deposit fee will be credited towards the presenting author's conference registration. All papers accepted for the conference constitute agreement that the presenting author will (1) pay a paper deposit, (2) register for the conference at the appropriate Speaker fee, (3) attend the conference, and (4) make their presentation in person. The paper deposit fee is non-refundable, but it is transferable. Only one author per paper has to pay the paper deposit fee.
Registration
The author who intends to present the paper MUST register for the conference in order to upload the final paper and to have the paper included in the proceedings. You may begin registering for the conference and uploading your final paper soon.

All Speakers - Please fill out and either send to your moderator or bring with you to your session. Your moderator will use this information to introduce you.
