Senior Discount
If you are 70 years or more, you may register at a deeply discounted rate. Proof of age is required. See the registration form for details.
Speaker Registration
All speakers are REQUIRED to register for the Conference by Friday, May 18, 2012 . Speakers must check in at the Conference Registration Desk to pick up badges and tickets.
Student Registration
If you are a full-time student, you can register at a deeply discounted rate. Proof of full-time student status and valid ID are required.
Substitutions
Substitutions are allowed. Re-submit the original registration form with the original registrant's name crossed out. Write "Substitution" at the top of the form. Complete ALL the information for the new registrant. Substitutions must be made by July 19, 2012. After that date, substitutions are to be made at the On-site Registration Counter.
Conference Registration
Advance Registration Discount
ASCE invites registrants to take advantage of an advance registration discount. The deadline for Advance Registration is July 11 , 2012. Registration forms, including complete payment information, must be RECEIVED by this date to qualify for the advance registration discount.
On-site Registration
Please DO NOT MAIL registration forms through the U.S. Postal Service AFTER July 11, 2012, in order to ensure your registration is processed. After this date, registrations must be secured with a credit card. If you are paying by credit card, please register online via the Conference Web site or download the PDF registration form and submit it onsite along with your full credit card payment.
Cancellations/refunds
Registration cancellations must be sent in writing or via email. A refund for event/course/tour tickets will be issued, minus a $100 processing fee, if your cancellation notification is received by ASCE by July 11, 2012. No refunds will be made if cancellations received after July 11, unless the event/course/tour is cancelled by EWRI. Send cancellations to HMEM2012Registration@asce.org or fax to 703-295-6144.

Badges
To receive a badge, you must register. Your name badge is your admission to the technical sessions and the Exhibit Hall. Pre-registered participants are to pick up their badges upon checking in at the Onsite Registration Counter. Badge Sharing Not Allowed Registration is per individual and is not exchangeable between colleagues.
Confirmation of Registration
A confirmation will be emailed to all advance registrants within one week of registering for the Conference. Advanced
registrants will receive their name badges and tickets at the on-site Conference Registration Desk during Registration hours. If you do not receive confirmation within one week, please contact ASCE Registration at HMEM2012Registration@asce.org . Please reference the HMEM Conference 2012 in the subject line.
